To All Coaches and Volunteers:
If you will be coaching this season 2024-2025 for North Franklin Hockey please click on the link below and fill out the form. This is in addition to the USA hockey registration.

Requirements for Coaches
All Hockey Coaches:
Please make sure that all of the following is completed before the season begins: (Coaches cannot go in the locker room, on the ice, or on the bench until these are finished)
Registered with USA Hockey (yearly)
Safe Sport (yearly)
Screening/Background check (every two years)
Modules according to age level (once per age level)
Clinic Level 1-4 (whichever level you are required to attend)

**USA hockey clinics also need to be done in a timely manner in order to remain on a roster as a coach. USA hockey clinics range from Level 1-4/5. Please contact the registrar for further information.

Safe Sport Training

How to Register with USA Hockey for Players
USA Hockey # Requirement
Each Player must register first with USA Hockey
- Step 1: CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number. (will include numbers and letters)
- Step 2: This needs to be handed in with your registration form to North Franklin Hockey to be covered for insurance purposes.
Copy of Birth Certificate For NEW and/or DUAL Citizen players
To All Players;
USA hockey requires confirmation of birth-date and citizenship before you are allowed on the ice. It is mandatory to have a copy of your birth certificate given to the registrar before your child steps on the ice. There are no exceptations to this. Please be prepared for your first practice and have a copy with you when you come.
For Canadian born citizens with dual citizenship, it is required proof of American status before you are allowed on the ice. A tribal ID card would be an example of acceptable proof of status.
